Love this gym, best I’ve ever been to. Vanessa is an amazing trainer and super supportive, love her to the moon and back! Go try a couple classes and do the nutrition meeting, it’s amazing!

Focuses on HIIT full body work outs, for most people's goals this is perfect. I found it challenging but without killing me.

Great facility! Manager on hand was very helpful in assisting with my questions. Also was surprised how clean it was compared to other gyms I have been to. Lady at the front desk also made a great impression. This coming from someone who has been to alot of gyms across the US. Look forward to working out at this location.

Had an amazing first class!! Laura runs an amazing gym with some great trainers!! I haven’t worked that hard in a fitness class since playing college sports!! Absolutely worth commuting to!!

I've been going to this place for 2 months now, and am not disappointed. The staff is friendly, and will work with you to correct improper body mechanics. They also mix up the exercises, so it's not the same workout 2 days in a row.

I have always wanted to invest in my health with a personal trainer but have never taken the initiative. I’m 53, put on unwanted COVID pounds, and have to return to the office in July. Working with Laura as my personal trainer is changing my life. She keeps me motivated, accountable, and is teaching me how to sustain success in my new health journey. Already down 7 pounds and 7 inches in my waist. I’m so grateful for Laura and for Burn It Build It Fitness and highly recommend them. I can’t wait to fully achieve my goals.

I am incredibly lucky to have found Burn it Build it. The classes and personal training is very affordable. Laura is a phenomenal trainer. I struggle with peripheral vertigo so working out has been challenging in the past. Laura designed multiple work out plans that I can follow and not become sick. I love the one on one training classes! Having a personal trainer allows me to really focus on my posture and push myself to achieve my goals.
