From someone who hates cardio and treadmills and running for that matter I absolutely LOVE this place. I was scared to try the cardio class. Scared I wouldn’t be able to keep up as a 42-year-old mother of two with 25 pounds to lose. The class is great, the Staff is amazing and after two classes I am hooked.
