“There’s no gym that’s ever been more worth my money than BBfit. From my first class they made me feel confident and comfortable. Keep in mind I had never lifted weights and had the cardio level of a 99yr old smoker haha. Every class my strength, form, and confidence improves as a result of the uplifting coaches. The one-on-one attention throughout the group classes truly does feel like having a personal trainer but for 1/10th of the price. The instructors are knowledgeable, fun, motivational, kind, and attentive every single day. “I love the fact that they have 2 versions of classes you can take. One is light weights and heavy on cardio. Other type of class is weight lifting so they cover all bases. The coaches and owner are great! Super motivating and helpful so you don’t hurt yourself when your form is wrong. Also the people working out with you are really friendly.
